You've known each other for 18 years and yet you didn't know how you gonna tell her you care a lot for her? Action speak louder than words, so put it in action. Action in a good way, and make it slow don't rush thing for you not to end up hurting and crying. A good start of a wonderful relationship is through friendship, care and love her with all of your heart.
