How do you remove a old basketball goal cemented inside a slab about 2' from the edge of a patio?

It's not on the edge, it's part of the patio about 2' inside the slab.  I need to cut it out and replace it with a new one.

Hello! I don't know which country  your in? Here in New Zealand I would hire a concrete cutter, and cut around the edge. Then break up the concrete.Then use the space for plants, bush, etc. Or refill space with new concrete or bricks.
