How do you post a YouTube video on Instagram?

Unfortunately, instagram only allows videos to be a certain length. You can use a video editing program to cut the video down to a length that instagram will allow, and then put a link to the youtube video in you bio. Links are unfortunately not clickable in post comments, so most people caption the post "check out the full length video in my bio" to point people to the link.
