How do you pick a lock?

Well, I know with diaries the lock are usually pretty weak so you can probably just bust it open or get someone else to bust it open (this doesn't break it). Or, if the diary wan't super expensive you could just order a new one and use the key from that, and then you have a second diary for when your first runs out. I hope this helps!
