divide your time properly for work and for your personal life, be puntual, and follow a good timetable..... do not pile up your work....i u are feeling stressful than meditate, breathe deeply, you will feel better. lest any stressful situation comes up dont be worried or tensed. relax and think how u can solve it better and fastr! be happy tc !:-)
There is a time for everything. Time to work, time to rest,time to sleep, time for pleasure. All you have to do is have a time table practice your self being on time on all of your appointments and work. Be organized person.Don't over work it cannot help being a productive person it will burn you out.
