- I have home-schooling and don't really move much except meal time.
- My house has a lot of peple stayiing here and food are just available for me all the time. But, I don't really eat other than meal time.
- I weight 62 kilograms.
- I've done chicken diet and the best I could do was lost two kilograms.
- The eat and exercise healthy doesn't for me either!
I want to loose like 15 kilograms and be 47!!

well first of all, you are not obese, you just overweight and that too depends on your BMI[ body mass index] which divides your weight by your height........
okay, now if you still want to lose weight, you can exercise and watch your diet... the trick is not to stop eating and all that shit, but to watch what your eating... Ex. instead of a Maharaja mc with double cheese, opt for a McChicken with a small coke. And when you eat any oily food, wipe it with a tissue. then you will see the fat coming off... Of course it doesn't reduce the fat to zero, but it takes away anything from a teaspoon to a tablespoon of fat...... And at mid-day, take a break and jog round your house, and you will be surprised how happy you will feel. when you feel good, try adding crunches to your workout. Crunches can be a bit irritating in the beginning , but you'll soon get used to them. Once you get the hang of crunches, add pushups and pullups to your workout, and do you workout for a minimum of half an hour for 3 days a week and you will slowly lose those kilos.... And don't be tempted to check too soon.. the first signs will be your pants becoming loose.............................
And do take up dance classes- they really help you shed those kilos- my 122 kilo cousin took up dance and football and he reduced to 76 kilos in just 4 months.
To lose weight we really need determination. Make proper diet plan and just strictly stick to it.Healthy diet and exercise are the keys. Include healthy things in your diet – Like green salad, sprouts, soup etc. These are yummy to eat and healthy too!
Apart from that, from my personal experience I would recommend to use Green tea. I personally use Gaia’s Ginger Green tea that helped to get my body in to good shape!
