How do you know when your pit bull is about to give birth? Do they drink a lot of water?

yea they do it has to do with the temperature of the body and they have to keep their body temperature down so thats how they make that happen they do alot of panting and going around in circules to make a bed for them do you see alot of panting and trying to make a bed are the pups moving around in her tummy?
