For example, it only takes your gender, birth date, and zip code to identify you, so you never reveal your correct birth date. There is a lock icon on your browser's url window when you are on a secure site, so you look for it and you don't buy anything when it's not there. You don't say stupid things on sites that require your real name. You very don't.

Get a bible and read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read to find wisdom.
