...  will,  I am not prejudice I just do not like them in that way. I will only date or marry a black man how do I get rid of a very persistant person that follows me around & won't give up. It gets on my last nerve..I Hate It!!

Well if you are uncomfortable around his presence, first tell him. If he does not listen, report him to the police, but take a few pictures and stuff, and proof that he's stalking you so that he won't be able to deny it.

If he's truly a stalker, and you feel like your life is in danger then report him to the police. Otherwise, ignore him, and he should get the message. Or tell him straight-up in blunt words, that it'll never happen, be cruel to be kind.
