You have symptoms of B vitamin deficiency. That's a safe guess because it is very common among Americans. You can buy B-50 or B-100 pills at any drug store. They are safe. They won't make you feel better, they just make you feel like you can stand the stress now. You only get rid of stress by escaping from the jerks and idiots.

For the first time in my life i experienced panic attacks which described the symptoms you have. I could hardly breath i felt my heart beating rapidly my hands felt numb and then started shaking my blood pressure was extremely high. I thought I was having a stroke. I visited the hospital three times they did usual procedures checking my heart and even a brain scan and kept a check on my blood pressure They said it is just a panic attack because of an underlying problem of stress.. No one explained to me what I should do when I feel these symptoms are about to come on or when they start. You are to breath through your mouth hold to the count of four and let air out through your mouth at the count of two to release the air through your mouth close your eyes while doing so. This help a great deal but my brain kept thinking about my problems even though I tried to stop them. My doctor realized my problem and is helping me but I have to go to counseling for a while.
The situations you are in are the cause of the attacks. I am much older than you. You are 14 years old and have little control over your life for now as a minor. You will also have anxiety because of puberty. Please try not to get overwhelm these symptoms are a part of growing up. They will pass. Please seek help and talk to a friend or your doctor. Keep busy reading books, find a hobby and as often as you can picture in your mind a beautiful place like a beautiful Island in the Caribbean even if you have never been there. Also plan what you will do with your life when you grow up. Focus your mind on healthy things often throughout the day. If these attacks will not go away or get worst you should seek help. I am doing ok now because I found the cause of my anxieties and found a way to keep things in control.. Most important I pray often and call God by his name Jehovah to be sure he hears my prayers and help me..

I'm sorry you're going through this. Unfortunately because we live in "critical times hard to deal with" (2 Timothy 3:1-5) we're always going to be subject to some form of anxiety. Some of us have to take medication and you might have to see medical help for your anxiety. Most practicing Christians also look to the Bible for comforting thoughts along with prayer. “The peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.”—Phil. 4:7.
We also take great comfort in knowing that God says soon, he will eliminate everything that causes us discomfort and anxiety. (Revelation 21:4) "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
