How do you find a good programmer for a website design if you are not familiar with programming?

I need to find someone who can help me build a good website.  I have the website design and HTML all done but don't know how to tell if the programmer I hire is good enough?  I don't have any experience with programming?  What type of questions should I ask?

Hello, I found this great website called www.wizzwave.com they may be able to help you with anything like that. just Go-to there help & Support area or email them. I emailed them for help on programming and they got back to me with all the information that I asked for.

You should study some article, based on the programming or interview question and answers which will help you to ask questions to the interviewee. If you don't want to study then you should take the help of an experienced person who is very well in the programming.
