How do you feel that role of ancient guru has changed in present society?which qualities of ancient?

Ancient gurus and modern gurus are not different, the only difference is that in ancient days, the guru was a real master who taught us how to go from Gu to Ru, from darkness to light. In the present day society, everybody thinks that they are a guru, everybody thinks they are right, everybody adorns the robe of a saint and rishi and a self-realized being. And therefore, we human beings must not blindly follow somebody as a guru. We must use our intellect. The guru cannot give us Salvation or Liberation or Enlightenment. The guru can only show us the path. We have to walk and before we walk on that path, we must use our intelligence, otherwise in the present day society, we will go on the wrong path.
