I started learning how to belly dance two days ago and I have been doing very well. The only problem is: after a few minutes I start to feel nauseous and my acid reflux flares up. What do I do? I really don't want to quit so soon.

You need to study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Belly dancing is an unfamiliar exercise for you and the tummy muscles need time to grow to do what you are making them do. You would want to be aware of magnesium intake because that affects strength of muscles. Acid reflux is when the stomach moves through the hiatus membrane so that just breathing pumps stomach acid into the esophagus. That happens when you are deficient in B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Your doctor didn't tell you that because doctors have no training in nutrition. You have to learn it yourself.
