I am really into computers and i love games and i was wondering, how programers make games get bugs out ect.? Do they have a specific program they use to start? If so what program? If they don't, how do they do it? Sorry for rambling on i just want a good answer on how programers make and fix bugs in games they have made. I would like to program games later on that would be why im asking.

It depends what kind of game you are looking for. Mostly, there are two types:
2D: Games that are normally web games, like games from Armor Games, etc.
3D: Games that normally are downloadable, like GTA 5, etc.
For 2D games, you need a program called Adobe Flash. It cost money, but I'm sure there is a trial or a free version available. On youtube, look up tutorials (ex: How to make a game using Adobe Flash), this method of making games is easier typically speaking.
For 3D games, you need a program called Unity 3D. Again, it does cost money, but there is a trial for it and if you are evil then you can look up how to get it for free. There are tutorials on youtube. (ex: How to make a game using Unity 3D), this method of game creating is a lot harder, but it's your choice.
I hope this helped you, I wanted to know this too, and I am already trying to develop Adobe Flash video games. ~Leave you with luck, Nick A. (StickbrickG)
Game programming depends various kind of game(2D or 3D), for which you are looking for.
Game programming, is a kind of software development of video games. Software engineering as well as specialization in one or more of the following areas like simulation, computer graphics, artificial intelligence, physics and audio programming etc. are required for game programming.
For massively multiplayer online games, additional areas, such as network programming and database programming are often included. Though often engaged in by professional game programmers, many novices may program games as a hobby.
