I want to create an entertainment Twitter account but I cannot just get enough followers but I noticed some with barely any views yet thousands of followers

They pay for them, there are ways of getting fake followers for a monthly or one off fee. You tube, twitter, facebook have all been accused of this kind of abuse in order to boost publicity and thus advertising revenue and it has been proven too. Unfortunately it is not, as yet, criminal to do so.
That I can't help you with I simply know this stuff from friends in the computer industry (ISP sys admins, net OPs, others..) and news stories (BBC, NBC, etc..). It's not a service I've ever needed or wanted to use. I'm sure there are people who can point you in that direction but I'm not one of them, sorry.
Where do they pay for these services? And even though they're somehow fake they still manage to trend to like my friends because kids from my hole school were retweeting them
