So, I had some videos on my dvd-r disc, and I accidentaly erased them with Poweriso. I would like to somehow unerase those files if possible.

You cant on a DVD-R. Youc an do anything to a DVD-R. Or a DVD-RW. UNerase is only for HD's. My recommendation, get another HD. Removable, 1TB+ and don't delete your movies. YOu will always have a backup and you don't need it attached to your computer all the time. And youw ill always have your movie once you RIP it.
