How do I turn the Headphones off my iPod Touch?

Details:

I have a problem with my iPod Touch. You know how you can pull the headphones out of your iPod Touch & listen to music & other things through speaker? Well my iPod Touch won't let me do that. Apparently, my iPod Touch thinks I still have my Headphones when I don't. Please help me!

Well am sorry to say this but ur ipod is messed up u need to take it to fix cause its not suppost to do that and u cannot turn headphones off on the ipod it doesnt have such feature. Just take it to fix.

Thanks! I'll take it 2 an Apple store ASAP.. The other day my iPod was actually doing speaker for a few seconds but then it stuffed. 'Greaat!' - I thought to myself.. Thank u 4 ur help!
