How do I train my 3 month kitten to not use every box in the house as a cat box?

My kitten knows what her cat box is, she is potty trained. But now, she is going to the bathroom in everything that resembles a cat box, including my brothers sock bin. How can I get her to stop?

Give her more than one litter box!  When she has to go she has to go.  You totally gloss over the fast she chooses something that she thinks is a litter box.  Her brain knows her bladder says go now.

Having a pet teaches you things like kitten proof your home such as electric cords.  Do not leave things on the floor like clothes or shoes or boxes of socks put clothes and boxes in the closet or boxes up off the floor.  It sounds as if the kitten is more trained than you.

For now, try keeping all boxes out of her reach except for her litter bin and see what happens. It might just be that she's confused and doesn't understand which one to go in because, to her, they all look the same.
