If she goes out of her way to make contact with you, she's most likely interested. Really, there is no magic cue that will lets you know. Just give her your number and say that you would like to talk sometime because she seems like an interesting person. You'll come off as a mature and respectful person. The worse thing that can happen is that she never responds to your text, but at least you will know how she feels.
