I really want to better my personality. I want to better my personality in more of the comedic way. I rather make a girl laugh than try to romanticize them. Does anyone know some way I can practice or some program I could to take to help me talk to girls? Yes I know this question is pathetic.
How do I talk to girls and better my personality?

The most effective way of exploring your comedic style is emulation. When you discover your comedic spirit animal, you will find yourself speaking in their manner and telling their jokes - practice this. Eventually you will react to everyday situations in your own way but in that style and you will find people often enjoy this expansion and development of who you are. The truth is that you are exploring versions of yourself and this is growth rather than becoming something which you are not (also impossible however some people describe changes in personality as not true to yourself).
Self-exploration is key as is variety. Try dry humor similar to actor Jeremy Irons, try animated humor like Kevin Hart, try direct observation like Tina Fey, watch shows with intense sarcasm like 30 Rock or That Mitchell and Web Look. Much can be found/discovered by watching youtube clips or knowyourmeme. The more integrated you are with particular ideas the easier your style will connect with jokes.
As an example I have an economics, accounting, history, and pop-culture background and so I deeply connect and associate with character Ben Wyatt from Parks and Recreation however I present myself as Benedict Cumberbatch's version of Sherlock Holmes.
An example: "I'm a high-functioning sociopathic dragon...and honey you should see me in a crown... ...so I'm leaving, calc-u-later."
This is meant for an intimate situation where the other person knows my references and I give them time to keep up with my changes because I dial my joke 90 degrees from center as it progresses. First I've claimed to be Sherlock Holmes but also Benedict Cumberbatch because he plays the dragon in the Hobbit as my partner is keeping up I then dial back to Sherlock Holmes except now I'm his nemesis Moriarty who is also not fond of people. This gives me reason to falsely suggest I'm leaving and to move into a Ben Wyatt accounting joke.
I'm not funny at all but in the most sincere of company people are kind and laugh and enjoy my humor. Good luck, happy exploration, and start small with complexity - most importantly knowing a line and patiently waiting for the right time to use it is the best beginning for practice (this is why memes are so incredibly effective today).
It's not a pathetic question at all. Life is awfully bleak without a girl friend and it takes some skill to attract one. You need professional help. I mean like acting lessons and vocal training. That would be drama, story telling, or public speaking. (My experience in public speaking has not been encouraging.)
Story tellers:
www.youtube.com/results?search_query=aaron+wilburn (Wow. Just wow.)
www.youtube.com/results?search_query=utah+phillips (Raunchy, but well told.)
www.youtube.com/results?search_query=jerry+clower (Jerry doesn't tell stories, he whoops them.)
Go to a book store and ask for Elizabeth Browning. You can ask a girl to listen to you read because you are taking voice training and you need an audience. She will like that.
