my busmate always cry.and we cannot stop him from crying.
You should try saying comfurting words and asking the person why they are crying if you have not already. I hope this helps even a little. Good luck!
Ask him exactly what is bothering him, and then look for solutions. Rather than comforting him right then, look for a way to prevent further excuses to be upset.
i think you must first know the reason why he is crying then if you can solve that for him or tell him assure him that everything is gonna be okay
