I want to loose weight badly but I can't get started. Everytime I try I feel hopeless due to being so unfit. I need good tips on how to keep motivated and push past it.

I joined weight watchers a week ago and I already lost I.2kg. I don't weigh much, my metabolism is super slow and I do about 6 hours of exercise per week. Join weight watchers, believe me, you will loose weight in no time.
Remember, It's not only about exercising, it's also about watching what you eat. I'm not saying that you should be on a diet or stop eating what you love, just change your eating habits.
