Find a florist shop in Norway (on the internet) that will deliver to her house/office and just pay them with the credit card from overseas. The internet makes everything so easy nowadays.

I bow to kbdb. he said just go internet to Norway.
Fork is prounounced guffel.
Go to a florist with the flying winged fella and pick the flowers and have them shipped. Yes this is how mothers around the world get their birthday flowers.
Even in Norway, or next door to you.
