It sounds as if you shouldn't have gotten married to begin with.
Get into counseling either together or by yourself.
If you have a problem in the third month, you probably should not have gotten married. My first guess is that neither of you have ever seen how husbands and wives treat each other. That is normally learned at home before age 6 or so.
