the police pulled me over because i ran a red light, the speed limit was 40 i was doing 55 to try to pass the yellow light but it turned red before i crossed. he gave me a 140 dollar ticket for not stopping a red light. then he asked for my driver licenses, i showed him it and he saw that i still have my expired one, confiscated it and gave me another ticket for 70 dollars.
i dont want my insurance to increase in money do i pay the fine, waiver a hearing , or request a trial? if i go to trial what do i say?
what do i do please help
How do I resolve this police ticket?

I'm afraid there's no going around this, buddy. I'm sorry. If you go to court, you'll end up paying MORE, and wasting your time because of the obvious evidence against you. Acknowledge your fault, pay the fines, settle your license issues and learn from your mistake. Cheers
