One day the Yahoo Search Engine appeared on my chrome and I've been trying to get it back to the Google Search Engine. Does anybody know how to fix this?

On the top menu select Safari => Preferences.
Select the Extensions tab.
Select an extension you want to delete and click the Uninstall button next to it.
Go to the General tab.
Select what you want Safari to open on start-up, new windows, new tabs, and homepage.
Go to the Search tab.
Select the search engine you want.
Things mentioned below to change you can give instruction to your browser what search engine do you prefer.

You Can Try These Step For Remove Yahoo Search Engine from Safari / Mac:
Open Safari and go to the Preferences tab.
Select Extensions.
Choose the extension you want to remove and then Uninstall it.
Go to the General tab.
Select the start-up options for your Safari or other Mac browser.
Go to Search.
Select Safari or another Mac browser as your preferred choice for default engine.
Open Safari browser on your Mac.
Click on the Safari menu and pick the Preferences… sub-menu. It will open the Safari Preferences window.
Switch to the General tab, and set a favored homepage for your Safari browser.
Again, swap to the Search tab, and set your default search engine.
