I know someone who does much community service and I wanted to know how to reccomend them for New Yorker of the week and how do they choose? Also what information would have to be presented? Do they take paperwork or do they have to witness an event? And also if possible can someone send me a link to how this process might work or who I can contact I can’t seem to find anything.
