I am being spied on my computer and cellphone by some people and they send me threats and i dont know how to protect myself. Somebody tell me

put a password on your cell phone that way no body can get in it but you put a password on your computer when you log on and change your browser and password every three month not more then 6 then you need a pc cleanup and antivirus software free one at avast and microsoft essentials this will help maintain your protection
change password on windows this will help you when you boot up also change your browser
For the computer I would add an antivirus system, such as MacAfee or Norton, then once installed on the computer, run a full scan (may take a night to finish), and once finished it will show you everything it has fixed. As for the cellphone, if you have android download an application for anti viruses from the play store
I understand. there are people that are unscupulous and just want to plunder, steal and destroy. Some of them actually work for the government or try to such as Jed McKim who has been trying to get a government contract and may be currently investigated by different orginizations due to his misuse of social media. Watch for signs lin older persons like over 25 and still lives at home, only work temp jobs and on computers a lot. Hope this helps.
