I am currently a uni student and I have always had trouble with keeping my stress levels at appropriate levels. It seems that I always 'have to' be stressed about something. This can be my relationship, friendships, commitments, uni assignments, uni exams, work, being bored - anything! I was just offered a graduate job, starting in early 2012, in a very high pressure industry. It will involve a very steep learning curve and very long (12+ hour) days.

I need to learn how to cope with pressure before I start this job. I don't think I can deal with being stressed out about deadlines and my ability to do the work year round.

Does anyone know of any techniques or tools that I could use to stop myself worrying all the time?
