How do I play the chord arrangement F/A or Eb/G on a music sheet? Thanks!?

Well, F/A basically means F major chord in first inversion, ie. starting on A. So you play the notes as A C F not FAC. Same for Eb/G.

Thank you very much!

How about F/Eb? I think it's a typo?

it maybe an F7[not to be confused with FMaj7] ie, with a f major chord with an added flat 7 ie, e flat. So basically the notes are Eb F A C.
