How do I move a video from my files into my gallery? I have an Android?

I don't think that's possible. Restarting your phone should do the trick. I have galaxy note 4 and when I download a video, it doesn't appear in my gallery. Restating my phone usually solves it and sometimes it doesn't. What else you can is just wait for few hours until your gallery refreshes and finds the video.
