If you have the money and ability and such, you could travel to Europe and try out for an academy there to play on a club level and then be drafted the the NBA,although academies are very picky on player selection and most of there players have been with them since they were like 8 years old so...
The better option would be to asses what level of college you are good enough to play in, enroll in a college at that level and try out for the basketball team there as a walk on. It dosent have to be Kansas or Kentucky, you could look into schools like Pikeville or Oklahoma Baptist. Play well there and then you could possibly transfer to D1 or stay where you play if the scouts are seeing you there. Unless you have a lot of hype about your skills in college then you probably should wait until your senior year to enter the draft. Even if you don't get drafted you can tryout for the NBA DL, or try to play over seas. In Europe you'll go up against near NBA level talent and you'll be paid ATLEAST enough to get a place to stay and save up some. NBA love good european players so don't be afraid to go and play in the Euroleuage Eurocup.
