hi! Im 15 year old, female and i weight 76.700kg which is equivalent to 12st and 169pounds... I'm starting to go gym but sometimes I'm lost with things to do at the gym because I just want to tackle my belly, face and arms area. My legs aren't a problem as they are toned naturally.. I am determined to lose weight as not too long ago I was very skinny and believe I can do it.

I'm not a very healthy person, hence why I've put on the extra weight but I'm starting to dislike foods I use to love like chocolate and fast food like mcd, I try to avoid over eating but I can't stop nor say no to food... I grew up in a very strict family that I had to eat everything off the plate... But now as I'm getting fatter I rarely finish my food, but I'll eat other junk like crisps...

I want to get fit by December as its my birthday, I do try a lot of things to get fit, I try to drink plenty of water everyday and I trying to go gym almost everyday except Saturday and Sunday. At the gym I lose about 500 cal on cardio and more on weights and other stuff, but my sister says that's not enough and that i should burn at least 1000 cal a day... I don't know what equipment to use most the time apart from treadmill which I hate a lot! and I cant burn 1000 cal... I really want to lose weight! Any advice?
