It Says EBV DNA, QN PCR. Value: <200 copies/mL. I have no idea what this means.

It's a measure of how much of the Epstein-Barr Virus you have, probably to determine how much anti-viral meds you need. Below 200 copies of virus doesn't sound very much. Has your doctor not given you any meds?

The doctor who ordered the test is the one who interprets the results.  Ask that person.
