You would have to have something that's already written up giving her real guardianship if this is what you're trying in order for you to get it taken care of you would have to give her guardianship like right away dshs is very smart. All they have to do is call the hospital in the area and put a hold on your baby you might go through a lawyer they know the ins and outs do you know for a fact that they will get involved.
