How do I get sound when I have my xbox one connected to my monitor via HDMI to dvi?

The moment you convert from HDMI to DVI you are losing audio. DVI is only a form of displaying the picture, while HDMI is able to transfer both picture and audio. I don't think there is another way to connect your audio, unless the xBox One has a built in microphone jack
