How do I get pregant if I dont have my tubes?

hi if u dont hav fallopian tubes then u must sure that ur ovaries r working normal..if ur ovaries and ovum (egg) is normal,it can be fertilized artificially with the sperms of ur husband,,,but first make sre of the function of ovaries...thanx
