My Grandma just passed away and her funeral was this morning. I'm just about to get my period. I got no sleep last night because this creepy guy texted me last night who I don't want to talk to and I know I had to get up to go to the funeral this morning so I'm really a wreck today and can't get my head on straight. Any advice to become less disoriented?

Yes, you're overwhelmed!
Coffee is great for focus!!
Eat a nutrious breakfast.(Cereal +Milk,
Coffee etc)
Have a good day at work/school.
At home, spend time alone,take in what
happened.
Think about your Grandma + what you enjoyed.
Feeling sad etc is normal. Relieved, go for walk.
Breathing in the fresh air + congratulate yourself
for managing a good day. Eventually, you'll
realise you have your memories + you 'll manage .
Having problems still after a 2 wks or so?
Go to a Doctor and ask for help.
Very important to have a nutrious breakfast,do
your usual thing. And go for a walk daily.
(Periods come, but eventually go.)
Sure you may experience pain + (?) emotions.
Ignore 'That ..guy'
He's not worth yr attention.
Tell him " I'm not interested."
(Change number if if he keeps calling or texting)
