How do I get back into my computer after windows updated some stuff then went back to wanting?

Go to google.com and search "no password boot disk". Download the file and burn a CD. When you boot your computer, press the Del key repeatedly until you get a menu screen. Find "boot order" and set the CD first. Exit, put the CD in, and boot.
