How do I get a job in the US government but work in the philippines?

i just want to work out side the U.S. borders and live were must of my family is from. i want to make dollars why living there. It is not easy to get a good paying job there. so not care what i do.

yes it is not easy to work specially in us because it is very strict their but if you work with your heart you have a possibility to work there. more important you have perseverance, courage, determination and faith in God.
