I should know this because i am a girl. Ok so first find out what she likes. Then charm her like.............. a rose,or other flower. Then ask her out. Don't be pushy or comanding during this process ir she may decline.

o you just want a "girlfriend" or are you looking for something special? If you just want a "girlfriend" ask anyone out. If you want something more, that will be a little harder to find. 
Go out and socialise more, do activities that you are good at, it will build your confidence; and provide opportunities to meet girls. Make friends with girls, get them to introduce you to their friends etc. 
That girl you did all these nice things for, and she turned you down, don't worry. I bet she'll never forget how nice you were, especially when she grows up a bit; and even more so if she winds up with some ****** boyfriend.
