I have health net medi-cal , and I tried some online website and I been denied from all because of my insurance. So how Can I receive one through my insurance? Does my obgyn make a prescription? Do my pcp make the prescription? I&rsquo;m so confused

You're asking the wrong people.  You should call your insurance company and tell them what you are trying to do and ask them what you need to do for them to approve it.  Maybe a breast pump is not covered through your insurance company.  Ask them.
