How do I get a bigger but at age 14?I've tried working out plenty but nothing is showing any results

If you start at age 14 you will see results when you are about 18. First you need to learn nutrition, like from books, not from hearsay. Then you need to learn all the major muscles and how to exercise each one. Then you make a schedule so you exercise a muscle to exhaustion and let it rest about two weeks. Eventually you have to switch to toning exercises to maintain your body.

I mean how to get a rounder/thicker butt. So like what diets work, what excercises work well/how often should I be doing them
