I am extremely underweight for my age I am 11 years and 76 pounds. All of my friends say that I'm lucky I'm so skinny. Well their lucky that every morning they get up it doesn't feel like their stomachs going to rip. I want to gain at least 10 pounds to make me 86 to be average. But I want to do this without eating more and stuff like that. I just want the muscle weight but how do I do this? Please help!

Eat healthy foods and do some muscle strengthening exercises.
When you get up do some stretches, push ups, sit ups, and light weights (use a brick or a can of food to start off with).
Go for a walk or a run or ride your bike or run up and down the stairs every day.
Basically, if you work on your fitness and eat well, you will develop muscles that are healthy.
Also remember that at 11 years old, your body still has several years to grow and develop. It's not a race. Concentrate on being happy and healthy rather than how much you weigh and how big your muscles are.
