I am extremely underweight for my age I am 11 years and 76 pounds. All of my friends say that I'm lucky I'm so skinny. Well their lucky that every morning they get up it doesn't feel like their stomachs going to rip. I want to gain at least 10 pounds to make me 86 to be average. But I want to do this without eating more and stuff like that. I just want the muscle weight but how do I do this? Please help!
