There's a rng that produces a 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, or 9 but when it produces a 9 the 9 is removed and a second rng instead produces a number 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, or 9. The second rng cannot produce a 1 and the second rng will not trigger addition rngs on a 9. What are the seperate odds of generating each number 1 through 9? Please present odds in the form of a pecentage. Thank you
How do I figure out the odds of getting a random number based on the rules i'll give?

Basically its for a lottery machine in minecraft.
1= bonedust (no prize)
2-8 = common prize
9 = rare prize (diamond emerald ect.)
