I am the exeutor of a broke estate and have covered the funeral, now I have to deal with the bills. Hospital bills will take care of themselves, but power bills, bills that have gone to creditors, etc. I know these folks deserve to be paid but I've got plenty of my own to tend too, what am I to do?

the best thing you could have done was got the funeral out of the way something to be proud of just tell the other bills you don't have money to pay the other bills your right the other creditors need to be paid all you can do is tell them theres no money or take payments but you also have to worry about your own so i would speak to each one and tell them whats going on
