It sounds to me like you really like the gentleman that you are talking about. I have some questions for you. Does he know how much you like him? Is there a way for you to go where he is? What is stopping you from being with him? These are all questions that I have about your relationship. Is there a way that you can at least write him?
If he is married, you should look for another man. If not maybe you should pursue him.
One other thought that I will introduce is...do you know that God loves you even more than that gentleman does or did. He wants to have a relationship with you. Pray to Him. Jesus died for your sins. Love Him. That would be the best decision of your life.
