How do I control my temper?

I have a REALLY bad temper.  Plus it's making my mom mad when I nit pick or go off on my brother.  Any help would be nice.  Please don't say count to 10....... I've tried that, and it doesn't work.

I also have a bad temper, but usually, I think how my temper is affecting other people in the room, it usually calms me down, or I have a glass of water.

then just walk away from others when you know that your temper will bursting out so you will not hurt anybody also think of positive things that can make you feel better and calm
