The medals won are gold, silver and bronze. I have tabulated results of the frequency of medals historically won by each athlete. The athletes are numbered 1-10. I would like to calculate the probability/likelihood of those same 10 athletes winning those medals again in the same competition which they participate in annually (other things being equal).
How do I calculate the probability of an athlete winning a medal given their historical data?
