Please help me I need to get a job I want to make money for the summer and I just don't have the confidence to ask.
How do I build up courage to ask for a job/if they are hiring?

I walk into an establishment thinking about asking but, I never do I don't know if it's cause I am shy or if i feel like I am not ready.

Just think of all of the perks you could get by having a job. Thinking about the positive aspects helps. Also you must think that asking for a job may sound scary, but it is not as scary as having something bad happen, and then not have any money to do whatever to get through it because you don't have a job. That was more than enough for me to get the urge to find a job.
Put on clean clothes, walk down the street, go into every doorway and ask if they are looking to hire some help. You will have a job before the end of the day. Do it as well as you can. That is your experience for the next job you get.
Since you found this job by walking, you don't need to waste your money on a car. Save half of your pay. Buy silver coins and hide them at home. Spend your evenings at the library studying investments. If you earn ten bux an hour and save half, in only ten years you will have A HUNDRED THOUSAND BUX saved up. There is no other plan that will give you a net worth above zero in only ten years. And you keep it in silver because the nation is collapsing.
If I am wrong, you have a hundred grand in silver. If I am right, you still have a hundred grand in silver, but you are the only one in town with anything of value.
It's scary for everyone to get a job at first. I'm in the same position as you- It's my first time looking for a full-time job. I really wouldn't worry about it- whether you have the confidence or not.There's nothing to be afraid of, when asking about a job- remember there's no harm in asking. If they reject you, they reject you- stay positive and polite about it- and continue looking around. Don't give up on it! Just because you get rejected maybe a few times. Remember everyone gets rejected a lot before they secure a job! It takes a long time to find one. If there comes across a job where you want to do it- but you are afraid too- because you maybe unexperienced or never done a job like this before. Then don't worry- they won't expect you to be perfect- especially on the first day. Trust me! You will be fine Hun. Good luck!
